    Healing Yoga For Cancer Patients/Suvivors

    Yoga is a mind/body therapy that uses gentle exercises and positions to help reduce the heart rate, lower blood pressure and manage stress. Yoga can also build physical strength, increase flexibility and help enhance your energy and mental clarity. Walk-ins welcome.
