Ever gotten a survey in the mail asking you to rate your recent experience at your doctor’s office? If you have—and if you took a few minutes to complete it—you helped us understand what you thought about your overall care experience.Feedback from patients like you contributes to calculating patient satisfaction scores. Our network of nearly 5,000 physicians, the Sutter Medical Network, looks at this data to recognize physicians who are true role models in service. Doctors who treat people—rather than symptoms. Physicians who create personal connections with their patients.
How it works
The SMN Patient’s Choice Award recognizes two physicians in each region—one primary care and one specialist—whose patients reported consistently high satisfaction with their care and their overall experience in the Care Provider sections of the Press Ganey survey.
