Excellent opportunity for BC/BE Long Term Care Specialist to join Gould Medical Group, Inc., a 269 Member Multi-Specialty Group providing services for residents in Stanislaus and San Joaquin communities for over 50 years.
We have two excellent opportunities for either a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician. The practice will include a mix of office based and skilled nursing/long term care. Candidates should have interest and experience in providing on-going care at an extended care facility.
Requirments Include:

* BC or BE in FP with Geriatrics fellowship or have extensive experience in Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care or

* Internal Medicine Physicians may be considered with experience in Geriatrics with Geriatrics fellowship highly preferred but not required.

* Electronic Medical Record System

* PAC X-ray
