    Sutter Gould Medical Foundation, ranked in the top 10 in consumer reports for California Doctor Ratings, is seeking a BC/BE General Psychiatrist to join Sutter Health-affiliated Gould Medical Group in Modesto, California.     The Behavioral Health department consists of three Psychiatrists, five Psychologists, and two each of Nurse Practitioners and Marriage and Family Therapists. The incoming psychiatrist will manage medications and other aspects of those ambulatory patients with mental health problems who are seen in routine practice. Occasional consults at nearby Memorial Medical Center, also a Sutter Health affiliate, might be needed. An average of ten mostly adult patients will be seen daily for the first three months.

    The Palo Alto Medical Foundation is seeking a BC/BE Adult Psychiatrist to join a growing team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and psychotherapists. Responsibilities include direct patient care and consultation with non-psychiatrist physicians.

    The ideal candidate should have willingness to work with both adult and geriatric patients. This is a full time (1.0 FTE) position. Call is on average one in twelve.

    This position will provide an ideal opportunity for a physician that would like to advance the practice within the community it will serve.

    Mountain View is located less than 40 miles from San
    Francisco and 36 miles from Santa Cruz. The city was named
    because of the spectacular view of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
    Historically the town began as a stage stop on the route
    between San Francisco and San Jose known today as El Camino
    Real (Avenue of the Missions).
    The city is located in the heart of the Silicon Valley.
    Downtown contains 4 blocks of restaurants and shops that
    house all cuisines and many different shopping experiences.
    Castro Street is a pedestrian friendly downtown area.
    Entertainment is part of the Mountain View culture. You can
    find many attractions such as the Shoreline Amphitheatre
