The Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a
geriatrician to join our expanding Palo Alto, CA based
geriatrics and palliative care medicine program.
Responsibilities:
Our geriatricians have opportunities to work in these core
clinical programs: (1) On-site care of patients in selected
skilled nursing facilities; (2) Office based geriatric
medicine consultation; and (3) Geriatrics shared medical
appointments. Geriatricians also work closely with
colleagues in our sister program, the palliative care and
support services program.
Requirements:
Current CA medical license, DEA Certificate, eligibility to
participate in MediCare/MediCal.
Board certified in Internal or Family Medicine, plus board
certification/eligibility in geriatric medicine. Concurrent
board certification/board eligibility in palliative care is
also a plus.
