    Physician Foundation Medical Associates (PFMA), a multi-specialty medical group affiliated with
    Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation (SPMF), has an exceptional opportunity for a Board-Certified
    Internist for a clinician-educator position located at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC)
    in San Francisco. Candidates will serve as a primary care physician in our outpatient clinic and
    as core faculty for our categorical Internal Medicine residency program. We provide ambulatory
    training for our program's 45 categorical residents and are proud that our faculty and courses
    rank among the program's top-rated. Educational responsibilities include lecturing, precepting
    and mentoring Internal Medicine residents, curriculum development, and implementation of the
    ACGME 'Next Accreditation System.'

    We seek candidates with a demonstrated commitment to teaching and primary care and expertise
    in quality improvement, behavioral medicine, women's health and/or assessment/evaluations.
    Our combined resident-faculty practice serves a panel of 10,000 patients representing the
    diverse spectrum of the San Francisco community. Strong practice supports include a robust
    electronic health record (EPIC) system, triage nurses and a team-based care model.
