Location: Sacramento and surrounding areas, CA Sutter Independent Physicians Opportunity Information Family Medicine - Sacramento Hart Health Care is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join an established Family Medicine practice in Sacramento, CA. Candidate will see a full spectrum of patients focusing on chronic medical conditions, as well as female wellness exams. Additional services include Home-Based Primary Care, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing visits. Three years of family medicine experience is required. Ideal candidate should be high-energy, confident, with the ability to work in a fast paced setting. Applicant must hold a current California License and be Nationally Certified, or eligible. A Place to Call Home is a rapidly growing, up and coming practice in the very pleasant East Sacramento area. Focusing on preventative medicine, disease modification and outcomes for a healthy lifestyle, as well as men?s and women?s health. Offering a competitive salary, based on experience.
