Philosophy of Care
I grew up watching my parents devote their lives to taking care of others while truly enjoying life. I learned that finding joy in the hard work that we as orthopaedic surgeons perform is extremely important not only to patient care, but also to the care of the staff who all work together to take excellent care of our patients. Moreover, I believe that at PAMF, patients deserve and can receive the best care possible. During my year of orthopaedic trauma fellowship training, I had the privilege of working with Dr. Don Wiss, the premier authority on orthopaedic fracture care. In addition to learning the various master techniques required to fix complex fractures, I learned that striving for perfection in and out of the operating room is truly what taking care of patients is all about.
