Dr. Brendel enjoys reading, hiking, and running. She especially enjoys travel and has had the opportunity to do a medical rotation in Tanzania for 3 months. She enjoys trying to turn her backyard jungle into a garden. Dr. Brendel grew up in Minnesota and did all of her training there. She moved to the Bay area for residency and has been here since.
