I believe that although I am an interventional cardiologist, the best cardiovascular health care comes from prevention. Pills and ultimately procedures are necessary in some cases, but I believe in minimizing unneeded interventions and maximizing self reliance on good diet and exercise to achieve the best possible outcome. When interventional procedures are needed, my philosophy is to provide the best approach tailored to the individual patient and their specific needs. This is the blending of the science and art of medicine and what makes my job so enjoyable.
