Garrett Hisatake, M.D., FACS is a transplant and hepatobiliary surgeon in the Liver Disease Management & Transplant Program. Previously, Dr. Hisatake served as Clinical Instructor of Surgery and Transplantation at UCLA Medical Center. He received his medical training at the University of Utah and the University of Rochester/Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Hisatake is board-certified in surgery. His clinical interests include liver transplantation, hepatobiliary diseases, hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer), and minimally invasive surgery for liver and complex GI diseases.
