Enjoy interactions with patients and colleagues, and enjoy the process of collaborative problem solving. The challenge of delivering appropriate care in a timely manner such as urgent care, where the time of interaction is limited but the need is great.
I especially appreciate the benefits of an electronic medical record, with the improved efficiency and clarity in creating a consistent record, and the ease of retrieval of information. It clearly benefits both the patient and the provider and permits more time to concentrate on the patient's issues.
