Patient Stories
Accomplishments
Pioneered improvements in invasive cardiology procedures and has been awarded several patents in the field of transseptal puncture technology and catheter ablation of abnormal heart rhythms. Discovered a novel structure in the heart termed the left atrial septal pouch. Research accomplishments include description of a novel mechanism of abnormal heart rhythm termed phase 2 reentry.
