Sutter Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to improve workplace harmony and productivity by helping employees and managers address problems and conflicts.

We enable you to offer a confidential, easy-to-access resource your employees can count on in times of need by providing the following services:

1. Employee referrals to licensed providers for short-term counseling and/or assessment/referral
2. Employee relations training
3. Our work/life program of referred services

The goals of Sutter EAP include helping you retain employees, while helping employees address their problems.
