Memorial Medical Center, Modesto

Serving the greater Stanislaus County with 302 acute care beds, Memorial Medical Center provides a full continuum of care including 24-hour emergency care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, obstetrics, pediatrics, nuclear medicine, dialysis therapy, diagnostic imaging, intensive care, physical therapy, skilled nursing services and home health. Memorial Hospital, Los Banos

Licensed for 48 acute care beds and serving the Central Valley communities of Merced County Westside, Memorial Hospital Los Banos provides a wide range of services, including 24-hour emergency care, surgery, obstetrics, pediatrics, diagnostic imaging, intensive care and physical therapy. A recently opened Rural Health Clinic and improved ultrasound, nuclear medicine and CT scanning services are among the facility's recent enhancements.

Sutter Gould Medical Foundation, Modesto

Sutter Gould Medical Foundation (SGMF)is a non-profit, multi-specialty health care organization affiliated with Sutter Health. Based in Modesto, SGMF provides quality medical care, health education and research activities in a five-county Central Valley area. SGMF's medical staff includes family practitioners, internists and pediatricians, as well as a range of specialist physicians. Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, Tracy

A full-service acute care facility serving the residents of Tracy for over 50 years, Sutter Tracy Community Hospital has a total of 79 inpatient beds. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services, inpatient and ambulatory surgical services, coronary care, diagnostic imaging, home health/hospice care, laboratory and rehabilitation services, including physical, speech and occupational therapy. Visiting Nurse Association (VNA)of the Central Valley is a large, non-profit home health agency established in 1953, which continues its commitment to providing quality, state-of-the-art health care at home. With a daily census of 600 patients, total patient care is the goal of the VNA team.
