If your account has become locked after typing the incorrect password ten (10) times, please wait a minimum of sixty (60) minutes and the system will automatically unlock your account.

You are using an incorrect user name and therefore attempting to log into an account that is not yours. Click ‘Forgot your user name?’ and follow the steps referenced in the Forgot User Name or Password section of this guide for assistance.

You have forgotten your password. Click ‘Forgot your password?’ after waiting a minimum of sixty (60) minutes. Follow the steps referenced in the Forgot User Name or Password section of this guide for assistance.

Unknown Application Submission
You may find a position listed under Completed Submissions for which you did not apply. If you find an ‘unknown’ application submission, please note:
- You have been matched to a job by a recruiter who is interested in reviewing your general profile for a particular position
- Although this listing appears within Completed Submissions, this does not mean that your application is ‘complete’
- You may access the ‘application’ by clicking the View Submission link and complete the application

Other Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you have a fax number where I could send my resume?
A: Filling in the on-line application is a very effective way of quickly getting your information and resume to the right people within the organization. If you need an email address or fax number, please contact the HR department of the affiliate to which you wish to send your resume.
Q: Do you have a phone number to reach the HR department?
A: Each affiliate has their own HR Department and their recruitment methods may differ. You might be able to find this information on the specific affiliate’s web site.
Q: Why must I apply for jobs individually?
A: Prescreening questions are specific to each job opening. However, all other completed personal information will automatically populate the non-job-specific fields from your general profile.
Q: Should I copy and paste my resume/cover letter?
A: It is not mandatory that you copy and paste your resume or cover letter. You may type your resume and/or cover letter in the appropriate boxes if you do not have these documents as attachments. We suggest typing your resume in a separate document and then copy/paste the data into the boxes provided. Please note: This system requires Plain Text formatting, which has no style elements, such as bullets, tables, bolded characters, etc.
Q: Can I fill out a paper application?
A: Sutter Health does not accept paper applications. Please contact the appropriate affiliate’s HR Department to find out where there is a computer available for you to use. If you are having difficulty applying online, please refer to the troubleshooting topics within this guide for assistance.
Q: Why do I get kicked out while I’m typing?
A: Typing on the page is not considered ‘activity’. If you do not click Save and Continue at the top or bottom of each page within sixty (60) minutes, you will be timed out of the system and may lose your information. If you do get timed out, your application will be saved as a Draft Submission with your My Job Folder tab for editing later.
Q: What is a ‘unique’ User Name?
A: The system will not allow you to create an account for a User Name that is currently being used. We encourage you to pick a User Name that is easy for you to remember, but that is different from other users in our database. We suggest using your email address as your User Name.
Q: Was my application submitted?
A: You may verify that your application has been successfully submitted to our database by clicking on the My Job Folder tab and viewing your Completed Submissions.
