Getting Started with My Health Online
My Health Online is available to patients who receive care from one of our affiliated medical foundations. Patients age 18 and above are eligible to enroll. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 12 can also request access to their child's personal health information.
Does My Current Doctor Offer My Health Online?
To find out whether your current doctor offers My Health Online, use our Find a Doctor search. Once you are on the search page, type in your clinician’s name. On your doctor’s profile page, it will show if he or she offers My Health Online. Once you’ve confirmed that your doctor offers these services, you can sign up for My Health Online here.
How Can I Find a New Doctor that Offers My Health Online?
If you’re new to Sutter Health or are looking for a new doctor, be sure to narrow your search to doctors who offer online services. From there, look for doctors with the My Health Online designation. At your first visit, be sure to ask about signing up for My Health Online.
Doctors on this site who do not provide My Health Online may offer other online services; however, the types of services may vary from practice to practice.
Current Patients - Once you’ve confirmed that your current doctor offers My Health Online, you can sign up for My Health Online here.
New Patients - At your first visit, be sure to ask your doctor’s office about My Health Online, where you’ll receive instructions for signing up.
