    When serious accidents occur, Sutter Health’s trauma centers are here to help. Sutter Health is home to three, designated Level II Trauma Centers in Northern California. These hospitals have special teams of orthopedic, thoracic and neurosurgeons available around the clock as well as support staff, operating rooms, equipment and rehabilitation facilities required to support the patient from arrival to discharge – and beyond.

    With onsite helipad and helicopter services, Sutter Roseville serves more than 800,000 people in seven counties and is designated by the Sierra-Sacramento Valley Emergency Medical Services Agency and verified by the American College of Surgeons.

    Modesto | Modesto Memorial Medical Center

    Memorial Medical Center - Trauma services
    In 2003, Modesto Memorial became the first hospital in the region to receive a Level II designation from the State of California.

    Castro Valley | Eden Medical Center

    Eden Medical Center - Trauma services
    Leading trauma care for 25 years, Eden Medical Center partners with Alameda County Supervisors and the Emergency Medical Services to provide high level trauma care to East Bay residents.

    Trauma Care Patient Story
