The Physician Group Clinical Care Ratings shown in the Pay for Performance Report Card are 29 clinical measures taken from patient services data recorded by physician groups and health plans. These measures are based on the medical services provided to commercial and Medicare advantage HMO or Point of Service (POS) members, respectively, who received care from physician groups during 2011.
Note: 2011 measurement year percentile ranking scores for the commercial and Medical measures include data from Kaiser's 28 reporting units.
