The Physician Group Clinical Care Ratings shown in the Pay for Performance Report Card are 28 clinical measures taken from patient services data recorded by physician groups and health plans. These measures are based on the medical services provided to commercial and Medicare advantage HMO or Point of Service (POS) members, respectively, who received care from physician groups during 2010.
