Mr. Davis has 20 years’ experience in all aspects of ambulatory surgery center formation, development and management.
In his current position as CEO of the Sutter Surgery Center Division at Sutter Health, Mr. Davis has responsibility for assisting Sutter Health and Affiliates with ASC strategies, development, syndication and operations management.
He previously held vice president positions with national surgery center companies including Johnson & Johnson and HealthSouth. His scope of work encompasses direct and regional responsibilities for surgical hospitals, hospital-based and freestanding surgery centers.
Mr. Davis is President Elect (2014) for the California Ambulatory Surgery Assocaiation (CASA), one of the largest state ASC associations in the country. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from California State University at Hayward.
Cindy brings experience in project management, operations, marketing, business development and facilities and materials management.
Responsibilities include coordination and management of resources, Information Technology systems, materials, communications and contracts.
Positions previously held include Project Manager with Sutter Health, Facilities Development Manager with Titan Health Corporation and management roles with Quest Diagnostics and Corning Inc.
Cindy has a bachelor’s degree in biology from NY State University at Geneseo.
Shannon is the Chief Operating Officer (COO). He has spent 16 years providing operational oversight in the Ambulatory Surgery Center arena. During his career, he has held positions as Senior Vice President for Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) for the Northwest Territory and Regional Vice President for National Surgical Care. During his tenure at National Surgical Care he successfully acquired and managed surgery centers in California and Colorado. Prior to National Surgical Care, Shannon also had a lengthy tenure with HealthSouth as a Marketing Director, Area Manager and ultimately Vice President. Shannon is a past president of the California Ambulatory Surgery Association (CASA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Educational and Sports Medicine from California State University, Chico.
Rita has been exclusively in ambulatory surgery center development and operations for the last 30 years. As VP of Clinical Operations for Sutter Surgery Center Division, Rita is responsible for new facility development, clinical operations, quality and regulatory compliance.
During her career, Rita has held positions as a Perioperative RN, Clinical Director, Administrator, Director of Operations and Regional Quality Standards Director. Previous to joining Sutter Health, she was employed by HealthSouth, SCA and Titan Health Corporation.
Rita received her RN diploma from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing in Lubbock, Texas and has a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from West Texas AM and a master’s degree in public administration/health services administration from the University of San Francisco.
Eli B. Doman, MBA
Eli is the Director of Business Development and Operations. He is responsible for the division’s business development initiatives, including physician relations, business valuation, due diligence, board approvals, integration and Sutter affiliates and support services coordination.
Prior to joining Sutter, Eli was a Manager/ Consultant on the Health Industries Advisory Team of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he advised health care organizations in business redesign, process improvement and post merger operational integration efforts. Eli has also worked as a Business Director of a community hospital where he provided oversight of the entire revenue cycle.
Eli has a MBA from Brigham Young University and a Health Care Administration Bachelors Degree from Idaho State University.
Brad is the Director of Operations for the ambulatory surgery centers in the Sacramento region and has been with Sutter Health since 2009. He is responsible for the daily operations, physician relations, strategic planning, direction and support for the surgery centers in his region.
Prior to his current role, Brad was the administrator at several surgery centers within Sutter Health. Brad completed a postgraduate fellowship with Sutter Health in healthcare administration prior to joining the Surgery Center Division and is board certified in surgery center administration (CASC).
Brad has a MHA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
Katrina has been an Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator for the last 18 years. She joined Sutter Health 5 years ago as the Regional Director for the Central Valley Area Foundation owned surgery centers.
She oversees daily operation, quality and regulatory compliance for SGMF Stockton Surgery center and SGMF Briggsmore Surgery Center in Modesto. During her career, Katrina has held positions as a perioperative RN, Hospital OR Manager and Administrator.
Katrina received her RN diploma from San Joaquin Delta College Nursing program and her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from University of Phoenix. She is actively involved in her community through the San Joaquin Women’s Shelter and the Mary Graham Children’s Foundation.
In his current role as a Regional Director of Operations for the Bay Area ambulatory surgery centers, Corbett has responsibility for providing operational oversight for most of Sutter’s ambulatory surgery centers concentrated in the bay area.
Corbett has over 7 years of experience in the ambulatory surgery industry. He began working in the industry with Health Inventures as the Administrator of Roseville Endoscopy Center, and in 2010 Corbett started with the Sutter Surgery Center Division as the Director of Business Development and Operations. In 2012, Corbett returned to surgery center operations and his role has expanded to include physician joint ventured surgery centers from as far north as Santa Rosa and as far south as Santa Barbara.
Corbett received his Master of Health Care Administration from University of Minnesota and holds a Bachelors degree of Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
Jeanne is the Regional Administrator for the East Bay region. Prior to joining Sutter, Jeanne was the Administrative Services Manager at Vaden Health Center at Stanford University and ASC Administrator at San Leandro Surgery Center. She has been in healthcare for over thirty years, working in acute care hospitals as a Quality Review and Medical Staff Services Manager, as well as providing accreditation consulting services to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, and university health services.
Jeanne holds an MBA degree in healthcare from William Howard Taft University, as well a bachelors degree in health sciences from the University of Cincinnati. She holds credentials and certifications from the Board of Ambulatory Surgery (CASC), American Health Information Management Association (RHIA), National Healthcare Quality Association (CPHQ) and National Association of Medical Staff Services (CPMSM). Her focus has been in healthcare quality, patient safety, and efficiency in healthcare with the use of technology.
Shawndra has over 30 years’ experience in hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings in both clinical and administrative areas. As Director of Operations for Surgical Hospitals for the Sutter Surgery Center Division, Shawndra is responsible for the operational strategies for surgical hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers while providing direction and support for service and performance goals.
During her career, Shawndra has held various positions including perioperative RN, Surgical Services Director, Administrator, Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Sutter Health, Shawndra was employed by National Surgical Hospitals.
In addition to her RN degree, Shawndra holds a degree in Health Services Administration from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, Ca and a Master of Public Administration/Health Services Administration from the University of San Francisco.
