The center will verify your benefits and obtain authorization prior to your procedure. You will be notified of your financial responsibility prior to your scheduled procedure date.

Payment is due the day of your procedure. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted.

If you anticipate difficulty with your bill, please let us know before your procedure so we can work together to establish a fair solution.

Help for the Uninsured

We are committed to the health and well-being of the residents of our community and support a financial assistance policy for low-income uninsured patients who may not be able to pay their bill.

Upon application and review, patients may be eligible for full or partial charity care write-off of charges. Learn more about the financial assistance we provide to low-income uninsured patients.
