Joshua Samuel, MD was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. Dr. Samuel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Florida Southern College. He completed his medical training at St. George’s University followed by his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Florida School of Medicine, Jacksonville. After completing residency, Dr. Samuel completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Stony Brook University Hospital, Stony Brook, NY.

During his training, Dr. Samuel married his wife Sonya who was born and raised in the Bay Area. He is excited to be in the Bay Area to be around family, friends, and to be a part of such a great community.
