Description
The goal of this project is to develop and pilot test MS-SHARE, an interactive digital tool that combines the latest precision medicine data with information collected from patients, and displays it during the medical appointment.
Patients and physicians will view the information and make shared decisions. The tool offers the ability to facilitate the most advanced care through an easy-to-use and easy-to-understand visual display.
