Sutter Concierge is available to any Sutter patient. Each concierge location sees patients of different ages, depending on the physicians. El Dorado Hills family concierge sees patients of all ages. Palo Alto family concierge sees patients ages 5 and older. San Francisco and Los Gatos concierge sees patients age 18 and older.

Visits are typically 30 to 60 minutes, but we’ll take the time needed to address any concerns.

You can reach your concierge doctor in multiple ways to suit your lifestyle. Your doctor can be reached by phone, email or through your secure My Health Only (MHO) account.

Join a concierge program by taking the following steps:

1. Call to schedule a complimentary non-medical introductory appointment.
2. Complete enrollment and participation agreement forms.
3. Schedule your first medical appointment at the front desk after your introductory appointment, by phone or through My Health Online (MHO).

Your introductory meeting, or “meet and greet,” is a chance to meet your personal doctor, explore how concierge healthcare integrates with your life and complete an assessment to confirm the right fit for you.

Sutter Concierge is a membership-based service focused on enhanced convenience and personalized support. It offers 24/7 direct access to your personal doctor, longer visits and a proactive partnership — all designed to fit your lifestyle and health priorities.

We accept insurance, including but not limited to HMO, POS, EPO, PPO and Medicare plans. Please call the program office to check your benefit coverage.
