This virtual group is for anyone focusing on behavior and/or lifestyle changes to improve health; no prior experience necessary. Learn from the experiences of others on similar paths. Facilitated by PAMF Health Educators trained in behavior change. This is an interactive, online group experience, with great emphasis on participants sharing about their health behavior change journey.
Our online Building Healthy Habits sessions utilize a group support platform to help you on your path to better health.
