Lauren McDaniel, CNC, and Kim DeFazio, LVN, teach the specifics of the Mito Food Plan, a low glycemic, anti-inflammatory food plan that is designed to improve blood sugar regulation, body composition, cardiovascular and neurological health, inflammation, and overall health and wellness. A PDF guidebook will be provided as part of the training. Learn how to achieve your wellness goals and receive encouragement to implement the Mito Food Plan.
Lauren received her certification in nutrition from the Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and is a N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer. Her coaching sessions focus on nutrition, movement, and stress management to help meet your health goals.
Kim is a licensed vocational nurse and certified functional medicine coach. She has spent the past decade working in chronic care management—helping many patients navigate multiple, unexplained medical issues and symptoms. Kim is trained to provide guidance and support to help implement therapeutic plans and to work through the day-to-day challenges.
