During pregnancy the practice of yoga can alleviate physical discomforts, increase fitness, and improve sleep. Join us to learn breathing and relaxation techniques for an easier labor while having your questions answered by an experienced yoga instructor/ childbirth educator.
Our instructors are experienced in working with pregnant women via Zoom. Each class offers a great opportunity to connect with other expectant mothers through a short check-in and a practice appropriate for any stage of pregnancy.
Recommended props include: a yoga mat, two blocks a blanket or towel and a big pillow.
After registering and prior to the class, an additional email will be sent to you from email@example.com and will include the Zoom access information for the Prenatal Yoga class.
