A work email address is preferred when available.  References will be contacted directly and asked to submit a letter of recommendation and a standardized reference evaluation form as part of the application review process. After receiving your application, we will provide instructions for submitting an official pharmacy school transcript. Candidates selected for an interview will be invited to participate in an on-site interview and tour of the medical center. ## Recruitment Timeline (2027-2028) - Applications should be submitted by November 15, 2026 to receive full consideration during the initial interview review process. - Applications received after November 15, 2026, may still be considered based on program needs and applicant availability. ## Future Application Cycles The application process for the 2028-2029 residency year and beyond will be determined based on the program's accreditation status.
