Dr. Grossman is an integrative medicine physician, emergency medicine physician, and medical director of the Institute for Health & Healing. In her consultative integrative medicine practice, she combines expertise in nutrition, mind body medicine, sleep, physical activity and other complementary interventions to develop individualized plans of care for her patients.  She brings a collaborative approach to the treatment of a broad range of issues including chronic pain, digestive distress, inflammatory illness, stress, and weight management.  Among her special interests are health and wellbeing for oncology patients, prevention and reversal of chronic disease, post-COVID conditions, and wellness for health care professionals.

Dr. Grossman believes health and wellbeing are essential underpinnings to living your best life. How this is defined is unique to every individual.
