I love working in pediatrics as it gives me the opportunity to be involved in the fascinating process by which newborns gradually transform into young adults, developing new skills as they learn how to adapt to the world.  I enjoy establishing a connection with children and their parents during these various stages and helping promote a healthy lifestyle for them while troubleshooting issues that may arise along the way. 

I believe in practicing evidence-based, preventative medicine and involving families in the decisions that impact their children’s health.  My goal is to provide the same level of care that I would want to receive - by being thorough, compassionate, and patient.  I also love to share what I have learned as a mother so that you can also learn from my experience!
