I chose a career in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine because I enjoy helping patients return to their livelihoods. I have taken part in the care of collegiate-level athletes at UC Berkeley and Temple University, as well as numerous high school teams, so I truly understand the challenges involved with the care of athletes. I have also produced research and written textbook chapters utilized in the orthopedic field of medicine.

My interests include rotator cuff surgery, shoulder instability, shoulder replacement, ACL, meniscus and cartilage surgery of the knee.  Whether it is playing basketball, building houses or simply being able to pick up grandchildren, I work with patients to achieve their goals.
