Dr. Diaz was born and raised in a small agricultural community along the coast of Northern California. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and participating in activities such as running, surfing, mountain biking, and basketball.

Dr. Diaz is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in conditions affecting the hand and upper extremity. He completed his orthopedic surgical training at the University of California, Los Angeles followed by additional training in hand and shoulder/elbow surgery at Stanford University. Dr. Diaz believes in patient-centered care where the patient/physician relationship is built upon mutual respect and trust with a common goal of restoring function and alleviating pain.
