I believe that good health is crucial to achieving one’s optimal potential, and I like the World Health Organization’s definition that “health is a state of complete mental, social and physical well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
There are many paths to health and wellness, and each person deserves an individualized approach to finding the path that works best for them. I believe in meeting patients wherever they are in the healing process and taking an integrative approach that includes both conventional and naturopathic medicine.
