
Sutter Health MS AZURE
MS Azure authentication process requires you to enter 3 key pieces of information:
- User ID, including a “sutterhealth.org” extension that identifies them as an authorized Sutter user (e.g. username@sutterhealth.org).
- SutterLink network password (If a password reset is needed, please contact the Service Desk at (888) 888-6044.)
- MS Azure authentication code delivered to your cellular device, land line, or hard token
Microsoft Azure will support the following mechanisms for delivering the authentication code to users:
- Text message or call back to a cellular phone / dedicated land line
- Microsoft Authenticator App
- Hard token (limited to those users who cannot use the above options)
