Your City. Your Hospital. Your Impact.

Your City, Your Hospital is our vision for CPMC's hospitals and the innovative, personalized and compassionate health care we deliver. The centerpieces of this vision – our two new hospitals at the Van Ness and Mission Bernal campuses – are tangible evidence of our commitment to health care in San Francisco and beyond.

Each CPMC employee can generate even more impact in our work by investing charitably. And our new hospitals will provide us the opportunity to pool our philanthropy, leverage its impact and recognize your gift in more prominent ways.

• Each employee who gives or pledges $1,000 between October 1, 2018 and December 31, 2021, will be recognized on our beautiful "Colleagues" donor wall in the lobbies of both Van Ness and Mission Bernal Campuses.
• Employees who qualify for the Colleagues Display and who have also given $25,000 or more, or have notified us that they have included CPMC Foundation in their estate plans, will be recognized on the major donor wall and/or legacy wall, in addition to the Colleagues Wall.

Of course not everyone will choose to participate at the $1,000 level, but employee gifts of any amount are also very much appreciated and will contribute to our campaign total. Most importantly, your gift can be directed to the program or service line that means the most to you, including your own department.
