About St. Luke's Auxiliary

The St. Luke's Auxiliary was founded in 1952 to fundraise and volunteer in the spirit of fellowship and celebration the former St. Luke’s Hospital — what is now CPMC’s Mission Bernal Campus — and host their signature annual event, Musée. Past beneficiaries of Musée have included areas of need in women's and children's health and diabetes care. The St. Luke’s Auxiliary is also commended for their "Find a Need and Fill It" program whereby Auxiliary members volunteer to purchase needed materials such as clothing for homeless patients, reading materials for the Chapel or small equipment on an as-needed basis.

Musée 2019 – Oktoberfest

The St. Luke’s Auxiliary at the Mission Bernal Campus of CPMC hosted an Oktoberfest celebration for the 67th Musée on October 22, 2019 at the Presidio Golf and Concordia Club in San Francisco. The festive evening, which benefitted the Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) program at CPMC’s Mission Bernal Campus, featured a traditional Oktoberfest dinner, live music, and a successful live auction.

Musée 2018 – Mission Bernal Hospital Opening Celebration

Two hundred people attended the sold-out 66th Annual Musée held August 8, 2018 and themed “Celebrating New Life for St. Luke’s Hospital at CPMC’s Mission Bernal Campus.” The program raised nearly $100,000 to benefit Mission Bernal’s new Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) unit, an innovative, interdisciplinary program in which specially trained healthcare professionals and volunteers work with older patients.

Musée 2017 - Festa Italiana

The St. Luke’s Auxiliary hosted a delightful "Festa Italiana,” the 65th Musée, on September 27, 2017 at the Museo Italo Americano at Fort Mason in San Francisco. The evening, which also honored the memory of Patricia G. Taylor, featured cocktails and dinner, live music, and both silent and live auctions to benefit CPMC.

Musée 2016 - Harvest Fest

The St. Luke’s Auxiliary hosted a successful "Harvest Fest," the 64th Musée, on October 26, 2016 at Dogpatch Wine Works in San Francisco. The evening featured cocktails and music, a delicious dinner, lively entertainment, and a short live auction. Proceeds from the Musée benefitted HealthFirst, an innovative program focused on improving the health of uninsured and under-insured people with chronic illnesses such as asthma and diabetes, and Novack Family Child Life Services, which offers psycho-social support to ease the stress of pediatric patients and their caregivers.
