As I reflect on the important part philanthropists like you have played in our mission, I am filled with more hope and optimism about our future than ever before.
I know that last year, many of you continued to experience both deep sadness and perhaps great joy. I am humbled that through it all you have chosen to give as a part of healing and celebration—helping to bring donor-supported projects to fruition or even begin their development, helping to break ground on new expansion projects, or helping to offer substantially more availability for in-demand services.
Whatever the opportunity, we have done it together with a unified vision of our network of care.
Building on this momentum, we want to do even more. Let’s build on the meaning and inspiration that you have provided to springboard our philanthropy program in 2022. Just like the visionary partnership between healthcare leaders and the community that Sutter Health was founded on, together we have an opportunity to define the future of healthcare.
