# Self-Guided Asthma Management Class

Welcome to this self-guided series to help you manage your or your child’s asthma. You can start at the beginning and listen to [all of the lectures](http://sh-asthmamanagement.brightcovegallery.com/), or you can skip directly to the sections you’d like to learn more about.
