Description
The primary aim of this 2-arm, parallel-comparison study is to conduct a randomized controlled feasibility trial of mindfulness-based stress reduction for patients with moderate-to-severe migraine headache. We will also use latent class analysis techniques to identify subgroups of migraine patients defined by comorbidities. The information gained will help inform future studies of similar mind-body interventions.
