Healthcare Providers

With or without a formal diagnosis, mental health experiences such as anxiety and/or depression can leave a young person and their caregiver feeling confused, frustrated, and overwhelmed. As they navigate the path forward, formal clinical care with a therapist or doctor is critical for some, but many young people can benefit from additional support as well.

Scout was co-designed with clinical experts and young people to build self-management skills and everyday resilience by providing tools, activities, and resources for participants. Here’s how it works:

Employees and their dependents face challenges with difficult emotions and everyday stressors on a regular basis. Scout by Sutter Health creates a path forward by building self-management skills for employees and their dependents.
