Everyone is welcome at Sutter Walk-In Care, no matter where you receive your ongoing medical care. We see patients who have doctors affiliated with many different healthcare organizations. Check with your health plan to see if it covers Sutter Walk-In Care.

Sutter Walk-In Care services are available for adults and children 18 months of age and older. (We recommend infants receive care from their pediatricians.)

You don’t need insurance to be treated at Sutter Walk-In Care. We accept major credit cards.
Sutter Walk-In Care is staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are trained to treat people for many common illnesses like strep throat, the flu and seasonal allergies. These highly skilled clinicians can prescribe medications and treatments based on your diagnosis. All of our Sutter Walk-In Care locations are overseen by a medical director and follow physician-developed clinical protocols.
If our care team determines you need a prescription, we can order one for you. You can choose where to have your prescription filled.
Sutter Walk-In Care locations are open 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. We’re closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
