After logging in, select "Schedule Video Visit" on the My Health Online mobile app. On the web, select "Make an Appointment" then click "Video Visit" and pick a time. Schedule a child video visit through Proxy Access.
Read the Conditions of Registration (PDF) and then login to My Health Online to select your appointment. Click "Begin Video Visit."

Assess Your Condition
Video Visits are not meant for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room if you have symptoms like sudden dizziness, numbness or paralysis, difficulty speaking or loss of consciousness, chest pain, shortness of breath, sweating, severe abdominal pain, seizures or any other urgent care need.
What to Expect for Your Video Visit
Before Your Visit
We recommend using the free Sutter My Health Online mobile app for an optimal experience. Download it today on iTunes or Google Play. Simply launch the app with your My Health Online account (create one here if you don’t have one), and select an appointment time.
For your safety and comfort, choose a private, quiet and well-lit space for your video appointment. For optimal connectivity, make sure you have a strong wireless or cellular connection.
You can also access video visits from your laptop or desktop computer. Make sure you have a web camera and built-in microphone. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Safari as your internet browser.
Testing Your Device
You can test your device for video visit compatibility up to 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are using a mobile device such as phone or tablet, simply click on the “Test Video” button at the bottom of the appointment screen.
For the web experience, you may be asked to download the Vidyo extension or Vidyo plug-in for your browser. Once you’ve completed the necessary download, we recommend doing a technical test to make sure your device is compatible, following instructions on the screen.
In the event, you are having technical issues and can’t connect, please contact our My Health Online Support Team before to your scheduled appointment. A member of the team will assist you.
Video visits cost no more than $49. We will submit the claim to your insurance for review and reimbursement if it is a covered benefit. If it is not a covered benefit, you will be billed $49 after your visit.

Holiday Hours: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Holidays Open: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve
