Sutter Health’s Eden Medical Center to Host Medication Take-Back Event
UPDATE: a total of 44 residents attended and 92 pounds of medication was collected. Thank you to everyone who participated!
The Medication Education & Disposal Project (MED-Project), a consumer education campaign dedicated to responsible medication use and disposal will be supporting a medication take-back event organized by Sutter Health’s Eden Medical Center and supervised by a local law enforcement agency on Sunday, November 12th, 2017. All Alameda County residents are invited to bring their expired or unwanted medications for disposal. The service is FREE for residents, (medicines from businesses are not accepted).

To protect privacy, residents are reminded to remove all personally identifiable information on labels or materials that are brought to this take-back event.
