Sutter Health Radio Ads Highlight the Stories Behind Patients, Programs
Did you know that Sutter Health care teams deliver nearly one out of four babies born in Northern California? Beginning this week, the not-for-profit Sutter Health network launches a new radio advertising campaign highlighting the many ways it makes its “We Plus You” partnership promise to patients.
“Radio gives us a unique platform to tell the personal stories behind our patients, caregivers and programs,” said Arra Yerganian, Sutter Health’s chief marketing and branding officer. “The ads illustrate our commitment to giving our patients the exceptional and compassionate customer experience they deserve—in a way that’s most convenient and meaningful to them.”
The 30 and 60-second ads, scheduled to run throughout Northern California over the next eight weeks, include:
- ‘Newborn’ –The ad depicts the precious early moments between a mother and child and how Sutter Health care teams are there to help create those special connections.
- ‘Numbers’ – Sutter Health’s Patient Advisory Councils partner with patients to consistently improve their experience and involve them in the design and delivery of their care.
- ‘Music Therapy’ – Research shows music therapy can help children feel more relaxed, experience less pain and require less sedation for medical procedures. Through the music therapy program at Sutter Health’s Anderson Lucchetti Women’s and Children’s Center, young patients benefit from the healing power of music by playing, listening to, writing, singing and recording music.
