Sutter Health’s MyLifeStages Receives Top Honors for Fifth Straight Year
For the fifth consecutive year, Sutter Health’s MyLifeStages received national recognition at the annual eHealthcare Leadership Awards, taking home the Gold Award in the category of “Best Overall Internet Site” in the “Consumer General Health” category.
Some 260 healthcare organizations, representing a broad industry spectrum, received recognition for their outstanding websites and digital communications during the Seventeenth Annual Healthcare Internet Conference.
“We’re thrilled to bring home the gold for the fifth consecutive year,” Toni Brayer, M.D., chief executive officer of Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation and medical advisor for MyLifeStages. “Since its launch in 2009, MyLifeStages has provided Northern Californians of all ages with the latest wellness resources and trends—helping them to manage their health and their family’s health.”
Serving more than 1.5 million visitors so far in 2013, the wellness portal connects Northern Californian’s with Sutter-affiliated doctors, health information, tools, expert tips and more.
The national honor recognizes MyLifeStages for its interactive features and health resources designed to support good health at every stage of life. An independent panel of judges evaluated nearly 1,100 national entries in 14 categories, selecting MyLifeStages as its “Best Overall Internet Site” Gold Award winner in the “Consumer General Health” category.
Sutter Health’s Orthopedics Suite on SutterHealth.org also won a Silver Award for “Best Marketing Campaign.” Since January, more than 76,000 visitors have explored this online resource for bone and joint care information.
