Staff Engagement (employee wellness)

This fund supports our patient care teams and other employees, including staff engagement opportunities to build morale across hospital staff. It allows NCH to provide rejuvenating experiences such as 10 minute arm chair massages for nurses and their teams, upgraded staff areas or occasional meals to a shift of staff teams as a way to express gratitude for their tireless dedication to our patients and their families.
