You’re checked in and in line to see a clinician.

We're glad you're here. We know your time and your health are important. Our team is here to care for you and make your visit as easy as possible.

 

  • Your visit will start with a medical assistant (MA) who will join you in this virtual waiting room to review your information and prepare notes for your clinician. Some health concerns may require an in-person visit instead. If so, an MA will contact you before to help direct you to the appropriate care.
  • After speaking with the MA, you’ll return to the virtual waiting room until your clinician is ready to join.
  • We’re here to help: For questions about medications, lab results, or other follow-up needs, call 800-4SUTTER and ask for the On Demand Video Visit team.
