She currently serves as a physician with the Sutter East Bay Medical Group and co‑director of the Carol Ann Reed Breast Cancer Program. Dr. Li completed her Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at the University of Southern California and her Internal Medicine Residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. She earned both her medical degree and master’s degree from Peking University Health Science Center and holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Pathology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she also completed postdoctoral research.
