Description
This study will identify important barriers to and facilitators of translating an efficacious diabetes prevention intervention (Group Lifestyle Balance, GLB) into routine clinical practice, outside of a research context.
Aims include: (1) Evaluate the clinical effectiveness of GLB, (2) Evaluate the impact of GLB on healthcare utilization, costs, and cost-effectiveness, and (3) Evaluate GLB implementation within and across Sutter Health regions and clinics.
