Instructions for Grant Submissions

The Grants & Contracts Office is here to assist all Investigators interested in submitting research proposals to any federal agency, any private foundation, and investigator-initiated industry project.   We assist on all proposals whether we are the prime institution submitting the grant or will be a subcontractor or service provider to another institution that will be submitting a proposal.  For Non-Federal Clinical Trials, contact Jamey Schmidt at schmidj@sutterhealth.org.

The Grants & Contracts Office has subscribed to a number of lists of funding opportunities and we do regularly send out those announcements (NIH/PCORI/CDMRP). If you would like to be included on that list, please email grantsofc@cpmcri.org and tell us your preferred email address.  Please note that there are other funding opportunities and it is up to the Investigator to research them.

Forms

There are two ways to inform the Grants Office of a grant submission.  You can complete a form through RedCap or you can complete a PDF form. It is important to complete as much information as possible.

To submit through RedCap, please use the link below:

The PDF forms have a “Submit by email” button.  When you click on this button, the data that you entered on the form will be sent to grantsofc@sutterhealth.org.  We will confirm receipt of your data within 24 hours.

If you are using a Mac, it may be easier to use the RedCap form.

There will be additional information you will be required to submit, but we will follow up with you at a later date.
